Wild boars moonlight hunting is a very specific way of hunting, a truly passion for some people, a terrible waiting for others. During this hunt there are many things difficult to explain, each one feels and enjoys, and keeps in mind the moments lived here to remember later with emotion.
Moonlight waiting hunt is appropriate for those who appreciate loneliness, quiet, the night noises… Birds go to sleep, owls arrive, foxes pass through, fast and silent, bats dance, and even mosquitoes can attack us… lots of things can be seen and felt in a moonlight wait.
The hunter is transported to the hunting stand half an hour before sunset, and can stay until 2 am, when the guide comes to pick him up.
Hunters who love this type of hunt know how important it is the preservation of species. That’s why it is only allowed to shoot adult animals and just if they do not have young babies with them.
Each hunt has an inscription price and another price for shooting a wild boar. It is not allowed to shoot a second animal. Wounded animals that are not found are considered hunted.
For those who wish, they can stay the night in The Hunter’s Lodge, a rural tourism house inside the Hunting Reserve with two double rooms.
